We will accept returns on unaltered products 30 days after the invoice date. All returns will need a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Please call your OTS representative to start your RMA process. Any returns after the 30 day period will be accepted but susceptible to a 30% non negotiable restocking fee.

When you call your OTS representative to start your RMA process please let them know how you would like your refund. You will be given the option to keep the funds as a store credit and use it the next time you shop with us or refund it back to your card or bank account that we have on file for you.
